RPA Sensor Operator Instructor – Saudi Arabia

About the role

CAE is seeking experienced UAV Sensor Operator Instructors to join its Basic UAS training program in Al Majmah’ah, Saudi Arabia. You will deliver classroom‑based theoretical and practical instruction, develop multimedia courseware, and support customers in mastering RPA systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide academic and hands‑on training to customers on UAV sensor operations.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain multimedia and computer‑assisted courseware.
• Use simulators and system components to demonstrate UAV capabilities.
• Respond to customer inquiries, conduct research, and deliver accurate technical answers.
• Maintain cultural awareness and professional relations with a multinational client base.

Required profile

• Current or former military sensor operator or equivalent civilian experience.
• Minimum 1,000 hours of UAV flight or operating time (live or simulated).
• At least 2 years of instructional experience with UAVs.
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret complex technical documents.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Saudi employment visa.
