About the role
Sharif Travels Service is seeking a Safety Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for safeguarding the workplace by implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain safety procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform risk assessments and document findings.
- Monitor compliance with Saudi Arabian workplace health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant safety engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and risk assessments independently.
- Valid documents and certifications as required by Saudi law.
