Safety Trainer

About the role

The Safety Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs across project sites. The role ensures that all staff and workers understand and comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards, fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct HSE induction and refresher training for employees and contractors.
• Develop, update, and distribute training materials, presentations, and safety manuals.
• Monitor training effectiveness, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements.
• Support site management with safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training compliance records and ensure they are up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety & Health Technology or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of HSE training experience in GCC countries, specifically in high‑rise and hotel construction projects.
• Demonstrated safety awareness, compliance expertise, and experience conducting safety reviews and inspections.
