Sales Account Manager - Imported Building Material

About the role

BRKZ is a fast‑growing construction‑tech startup in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to drive sales of imported building‑material SKUs, manage long lead‑times and coordinate with procurement to meet project deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building‑materials market.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
• Educate clients on imported‑material benefits, lead times and logistics.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to provide accurate shipment tracking.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and product specifications, and negotiate pricing and advance‑payment terms.
• Forecast demand with the procurement team and manage stock levels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing fluctuations.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints and order‑related issues efficiently.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction supplies or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of import logistics, customs clearance and supply‑chain management.
• Proven B2B sales, negotiation and relationship‑management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic preferred).
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• CRM software proficiency.
