Sales Associate – Homeware Retail

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Homeware Division, representing the Villeroy & Boch brand in our retail store. The role focuses on delivering an authentic, personalized experience to customers while driving sales of luxurious tableware, gifting items and home décor.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store objectives.
• Provide genuine, personalized service to each customer.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising and visual presentation.
• Share customer insights and product feedback with the team.
• Contribute creative marketing ideas and support store upkeep.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 + years of sales experience or a recent graduate with strong sales passion.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Resilient, adaptable and motivated to meet and exceed targets.
