Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand in‑store, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will ensure the shop is welcoming, well‑presented and operates smoothly while supporting customers throughout their buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in product selection and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, card, voucher and automatic debit payments accurately.
• Manage cash till at the start and end of shifts, issue receipts, refunds and change.
• Record inventory movements and maintain accurate stock reports.
• Adhere to store SOPs, loss‑prevention policies and maintain confidentiality of sales data.
• Work flexible hours, including extended periods during sales events and overtime as required.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge with the ability to suggest items to customers.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, extended hours and overtime.
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance regarding store security.
• Commitment to following company guidelines and delivering high‑standard service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Cash handling and transaction processing.
• Basic inventory management and reporting.
