Sales Coordinator – Remote Fintech Role

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to join our fast‑moving fintech and payments team. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing CRM processes, qualifying leads, and supporting customer engagement across an international sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate potential customers, initiate first contact and maintain structured records in the CRM.
• Manage and update CRM data in Pipedrive, ensuring high data integrity and accurate lead tracking.
• Process incoming leads, organize them efficiently and support their progression through sales stages.
• Conduct market and lead research to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
• Facilitate communication between internal sales, operations teams and prospective clients for timely follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SaaS tools and CRM platforms, especially Pipedrive.
• Solid understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal progression.
• Previous experience in sales or business development is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
