BaaS GTM Manager

About the role

This high‑impact commercial position drives growth for a regulated Banking‑as‑a‑Service (BaaS) platform that serves fintechs, crypto firms and embedded‑finance providers worldwide. You will own the full go‑to‑market and sales lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure, while managing strategic partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end B2B sales cycle across fintech, payments and Web3 verticals, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation and closure.
• Build, manage and accurately forecast a healthy pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring disciplined tracking of opportunities.
• Design commercial proposals with pricing models, revenue‑sharing structures and technical integration scopes.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for strategic partners, driving retention, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Engineering and Legal to translate partner requirements into delivery plans and oversee onboarding and integration.
• Prepare high‑quality pitch decks, executive presentations and represent the company at industry events.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve research, productivity and sales efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B commercial, business development or sales experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance or Web3 infrastructure.
• Proven track record of closing complex partnerships in regulated or technical environments.
• Strong understanding of Web2 financial infrastructure (neobanks, payment processors, card issuing) and Web3 ecosystems (crypto exchanges, wallets, DeFi).
