Sales Development Specialist

About the role

JOIN Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Development Specialist to own the top of the sales funnel in the GCC market. You will identify high‑fit accounts, engage decision‑makers in both Arabic and English, and set the stage for revenue generation. This role is ideal for someone who treats outreach as a craft and sees quota as a baseline.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify high‑fit accounts across KSA and the wider GCC using LinkedIn, intent data, and outbound tools.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach sequences (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) with personalized, market‑appropriate messaging.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria before handing them to Account Executives.
• Conduct discovery conversations to surface pain points and assess buying potential.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and contact records in the CRM.
• Test and iterate outreach copy, call scripts, and sequencing to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing on targeting, messaging, and campaign follow‑up.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales role.
• Hands‑on experience with SaaS products and B2B sales cycles.
• Proven cold‑calling track record with measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, comfortable prospecting and discovery in both languages.
• Prior experience selling into the KSA/GCC market.
