About the role

Al-Menu Co. is looking for a dedicated Sales Director to lead its sales team in Riyadh. The role focuses on driving revenue growth for the company’s operations solutions in the food and beverage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales operations and monitor performance against goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverage market.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in sales and sales operations.
• Strong customer service skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in team management and the ability to lead and develop staff.
• Demonstrated business development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is an advantage.
