Sales & Education Executive (Riyadh)

About the role

Huda Beauty is looking for a dynamic Sales & Education Executive to join its Riyadh team. You will act as the brand’s front‑line ambassador, driving sales while educating retail partners and customers on product usage and brand heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑store trainings and masterclasses for Sephora sales associates, focusing on Huda Beauty sales techniques and artistry.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies, aligning with the brand’s marketing calendar and promotional events.
• Monitor and report weekly sales performance, event activity, and field feedback to the Line Manager.
• Maintain visual standards for Huda Beauty displays, ensuring gondolas, BOTF, towers, and linear fixtures meet brand schematics.
• Manage store‑level inventory in accordance with partner procedures.
• Recruit, coach, and oversee freelance Sales and Event Specialists, managing travel budgets for the territory.
• Identify merchandising and assortment opportunities and communicate them to Huda Beauty headquarters in Dubai.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably within the beauty sector.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with regional, district, and store‑level personnel.
• Strong retail business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering engaging training sessions.
