Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to promote our full product portfolio to assigned customers. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and growth of the sales territory.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers following channel guidelines.
• Gather competitive intelligence and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare special order requests, obtain approvals, and manage SPO production without excess warehouse stock.
• Collect invoices according to the company’s aging policy and submit daily collections.
• Organise market visit documentation and conduct business reviews.
• Maintain professional relationships, revisit lost accounts, and open new accounts in JDE/CRM.
• Transfer accounts to the ECOM platform, train customers on the Napco system, and monitor usage.
• Identify new prospects, close sales gaps, handle complaints, and report issues to the team leader.
• Enter orders into JDE, ensure compliance with pricing and credit limits, and process returns for quality issues.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Acceptable level of English and basic computer literacy.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar sales role.

Required skills

• Experience with JDE ERP system.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Familiarity with ECOM/Napco online platforms.
