Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to promote our full range of products to assigned customers, following channel guidelines. The role involves managing orders, building relationships, and driving sales growth across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers according to channel guidelines.
• Provide competition activity feedback and suggest retaliation measures when needed.
• Prepare special order requests (prices, designs, approvals, MOQs) and obtain required approvals from both customer and company.
• Generate SPOs for full‑quantity production without leaving stock at the warehouse unless approved.
• Collect invoices in line with the company’s aging policy.
• Prepare all documentation for market visits, call cycles and business reviews.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing customers and revisit lost accounts to regain business.
• Open new accounts in JDE or CRM, ensuring all required documentation is attached.
• Transfer accounts to the ECOM online platform, train customers on the Napco platform and monitor performance.
• Identify and register new potential customers, sell appropriate product combinations and close gaps.
• Handle customer complaints, prepare QRAs and discuss them with the team leader.
• Enter customer orders into JDE, ensuring compliance with CDs, CLs and pricing rules.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling to assigned B2B customers.
• Ability to open and manage accounts in JDE or CRM systems.
• Willingness to train customers on online platforms and monitor their usage.
• Strong attention to detail for order processing and documentation.
