Sales Executive – Modern Trade (Dammam)

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as a Sales Executive focused on the Modern Trade channel in Dammam. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring product visibility, and building strong relationships with key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process within the Modern Trade channel and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper in‑store display across assigned key accounts.
• Develop existing customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and activate new customers.
• Present promotions and commercial activities, guaranteeing effective market execution.
• Maintain and expand shelf share, collaborating with Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Sales Excellence teams.
• Oversee BDA and channel activities, monitor NTE and product damages, and keep them within budget.
• Follow up on customer payments, manage collections, and prepare accurate weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally, adhering to HSE standards, food safety, and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail/Modern Trade, preferably as a Sales Executive or Merchandiser.
• Strong command of Arabic and basic English (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to prepare regular reports.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
