Sales & Key Account Manager

About the role

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking a commercially driven and technically knowledgeable Sales & Key Account Manager to join its Commercial Department. Reporting to the Sales & Key Account Director, the role will lead sales growth, manage key client relationships and explore new market opportunities in the casting and forging sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to enhance sales planning.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and customer interactions using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure consistent market positioning.
• Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits to promote company capabilities.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure adherence to commercial terms and delivery timelines.
• Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure all sales activities align with internal processes and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5–8 years of sales experience in heavy industry, preferably in casting and forging.
• Proven track record in business development and key account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of technical drawings, material specifications and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, including Salesforce.
