Sales Manager - Advanced Materials

About the role

Banner Química, part of the IMCD group, is seeking a Sales Manager for Advanced Materials to lead the distribution and sales of specialty chemicals across the Middle East. You will act as the primary liaison for customers, suppliers and distributors, driving growth and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Promote IMCD’s advanced material products and services throughout the region.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and distributors.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
• Identify new market opportunities, generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute account plans to increase brand awareness.
• On‑board new partners and expand the distribution network.
• Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
• Collect customer feedback and conduct market research.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical Engineering; a business degree is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive sales experience in chemicals or advanced materials.
• Strong knowledge of the Middle East market, especially Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
