Sales Manager - Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our specialty coffee business in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding our B2B footprint across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and retail channels while strengthening relationships with existing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
• Identify, acquire and nurture new B2B and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Generate business opportunities across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and retail outlets.
• Manage the full sales cycle: pipeline, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the coffee/F&B industry within Saudi Arabia.
• Established network in the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
