Sales Representative – Design & Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth for our creative design and consultancy firm that delivers café, restaurant, retail and hospitality projects. The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships and expanding our market presence across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in F&B, retail, hospitality and commercial sectors.
• Develop relationships with developers, restaurant owners, café brands and other project stakeholders.
• Promote our design, architecture, fit‑out and consultancy services to prospective clients.
• Arrange meetings, presentations and discussions to capture client requirements.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Follow up leads, negotiate terms and close new contracts.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming projects in the KSA market.
• Keep accurate sales records, pipeline reports and client communication updates.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 3–6 years of sales or business development experience in architecture, interior fit‑out, construction, hospitality or retail/F&B design.
• Strong network within the Saudi market; experience with restaurant, café or retail brands is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
