Sales Representative

About the role

Tebcan, a leading digital healthcare company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join its Riyadh team. You will promote Tebcan’s digital health solutions, expand the network of healthcare providers, and drive sales across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Tebcan’s services and digital healthcare solutions to physicians, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare organisations.
• Register and onboard healthcare providers onto Tebcan’s Medical Network and maintain their profiles on the company website.
• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with new healthcare partners, conducting follow‑up meetings to maximise business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, proposals and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Provide training and onboarding sessions for healthcare institutions on Tebcan’s platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, communications, sales activities and agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments, reporting insights to the Medical Manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful implementation of agreements.
• Plan weekly and monthly sales activities, discuss targets with the Sales Manager and achieve assigned sales goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medical sciences or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of proven sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare companies.
• Saudi national or holder of a valid residence permit in Riyadh, KSA.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare and pharmaceutical market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Results‑oriented with a commercial mindset and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
