Sales Representative – Jeddah

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to manage and grow its portfolio of accounts in Jeddah. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting new products and services, and strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define, agree and execute a sales plan using tools, data and insights provided by Sales Strategy and Planning.
• Analyse market potential, identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Collect and consolidate market and competitor information to support regional business development.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with assigned and prospective accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Communicate regularly with accounts about new products, services and promotions.
• Research competitor and industry trends to optimise the sales approach and increase market share.
• Coordinate and draft contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales while respecting corporate guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer data in Etihad’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments.
• Strong commercial and analytical background.

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
