About the role
Ferrero is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to manage van‑based sales activities across a defined territory. You will be responsible for driving product visibility, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with retail partners.
Key responsibilities
- Visit points of sale within the assigned area to ensure product availability, proper placement, and correct pricing.
- Take and process orders, manage stock levels, and coordinate promotional material placement.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Communicate catalogue updates, promotions, and merchandising guidelines to retailers.
- Maintain regular reporting on sales performance, POS quality, and KPI achievement.
- Collaborate with Field/Regional Manager, Category Management, and Merchandisers to align on business initiatives.
Required profile
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Fluent in Arabic and basic English.
- Valid driving licence.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
