About the role
As a Sales Supervisor for the Beauty division, you will drive personalized customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and manage inventory across our luxury retail network. You will mentor retailers, support in‑store events, and ensure seamless execution of the brand’s vision.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong supplier and retailer relationships, addressing queries on products, pricing, and availability.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor POS performance, SOP compliance, merchandising standards, and stock replenishment.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, including order follow‑up, delivery coordination, collection tracking, and timely payment management.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, product innovations, and pricing trends.
- Support and execute trade‑marketing activities, ensuring proper implementation of in‑store activations, launches, and POS events.
- Maintain brand visibility and compliance by coordinating merchandising standards with the back‑office team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in luxury or beauty retail sales, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with suppliers and retailers.
- Ability to mentor and coach retail teams to achieve performance goals.
- Analytical mindset to track market trends and sales performance.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing inventory and promotional activities.
