Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive and secure sales for NOLTE kitchen projects across the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. You will identify, develop, and manage SME, corporate, and developer‑based kitchen projects while ensuring alignment with brand standards and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and develop new project opportunities for NOLTE kitchens.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Pre‑qualify RFQs and tenders, providing technical input.
• Support estimation and pricing review processes.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain client engagement and provide regular forecast and pipeline reports.
• Uphold brand positioning and premium standards throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, Civil/Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in project sales within kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, interiors, or fit‑out industry.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) interpretation.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Fluent Arabic and professional working proficiency in English.
