Sales Specialist – Technical Solutions for Electrical Motors

About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth for MEEM by engaging customers, selling technical solutions for electrical motors, and managing key accounts across the region. The role combines proactive market coverage with accurate forecasting and compliance with sales procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and financial targets, monitor order intake, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Conduct regular customer visits, acquire new accounts, retain and grow existing key accounts, and gather customer feedback.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, maintain CRM records, and provide weekly activity and forecast reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Business Administration or Sales Management is a plus).
• 2–5 years of technical sales or sales engineering experience in electrical motors, pumps, or industrial equipment, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems for opportunity tracking and reporting.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to industrial motors.
