Saudi Computer Engineer – IT & Electrical Engineering (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are a leading industrial software provider serving the oil and gas sector across the GCC. We are seeking a Saudi Computer Engineer with a background in IT or Electrical Engineering to join our technical team on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client sites in the Eastern Province to deliver on‑site support, software implementations, upgrades and training.
• Act as the primary interface for customers, handling problem resolution, enhancements, specialized reporting and user training.
• Ensure high performance, quality and responsiveness of solutions to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving attitude.
• Responsible, hard‑working, committed, eager to learn and able to follow instructions.
