Saudi Engineer

About the role

This position is created for Saudi nationals as part of localisation initiatives. The Engineer will support technical, site and administrative activities on road and infrastructure projects while gaining professional development and engineering exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams in reviewing drawings, technical documents and coordinating on‑site activities.
• Monitor construction progress, prepare reports and verify compliance with specifications.
• Participate in inspections, measurements and quality/safety reviews.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and authorities on project matters.
• Support planning, scheduling, quantity take‑offs and HSE activities as required.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to engineering deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to three years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to professional development within infrastructure projects.
