Senior Associate Corporate Transactions & Advisory

About the role

Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Transactions & Advisory team. You will work on high‑profile public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings and high‑value commercial contracts, with a strong focus on complex, cross‑border transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise leading international and Saudi companies on M&A, joint ventures and restructuring matters.
• Collaborate with antitrust specialists on merger‑control issues.
• Coordinate with finance, capital markets, litigation, tax, pensions, employment and real estate experts to deliver integrated advice.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and technology advisory projects.
• Contribute to deal execution from due diligence through post‑transaction integration.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with several years of experience in corporate transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, cross‑border deals.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
