About the role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our rapidly growing B2B Fin‑Tech company, SiFi, which is transforming expense management for businesses in Saudi Arabia. This remote position offers the chance to lead the design and implementation of high‑performance backend systems that power our licensed EMI platform.

Key responsibilities

Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of backend services.
Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality.
Research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.
Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, fostering technical growth.

Required profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of professional backend development experience.
Proven track record of leading large‑scale software projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and English language skills.
