Senior Business Development Engineer

About the role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co is seeking a Senior Business Development Engineer to drive growth across Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure market. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and supporting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and projects across the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, EPC contractors, and strategic partners.
• Monitor current and upcoming projects to spot commercial opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to pinpoint key sectors and growth prospects.
• Develop and manage strategic accounts and support achievement of sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create suitable solutions and commercial proposals.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Prepare regular reports on market opportunities, projects, clients, and competitors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi private sector, PIF companies, giga projects, developers, consultants, and EPC contractors.
• Experience in business development, market development, strategic account management, or project sales.
• Strong customer relationship management, networking, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
