Senior Commercial Manager – EPC Project (KSA)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on a newly awarded EPC project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Project Director and functionally to the Commercial Director KSA, you will be responsible for establishing commercial processes, protecting contractual rights and driving performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust commercial systems and procedures from project inception.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Lead and coordinate a multi‑disciplinary commercial team, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison between Kent, the client and key stakeholders.
• Monitor contract performance, variations, claims and change orders to safeguard profitability.
• Provide commercial reporting and analysis to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior commercial roles on large EPC projects, preferably within the energy sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing contractual risk.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to influence internal and external parties.
