Senior Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a high‑end 5‑star luxury hotel project from groundbreaking through handover. You will oversee all site activities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the project meets the highest standards of quality, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities for a luxury hotel, covering civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist hospitality works.
• Coordinate with the Project Director, consultants, client, hotel operator, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure works are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, schedule, and budget.
• Drive execution of luxury finishes, guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, back‑of‑house areas, and other hospitality facilities.
• Monitor construction progress, manpower, productivity, materials, and subcontractor performance.
• Resolve technical and site coordination issues, close RFIs, inspections, and approvals promptly.
• Enforce strict compliance with HSE, QA/QC, project procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary site teams and ensure effective coordination between all trades.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior construction manager role.
• Proven track record delivering luxury 5‑star hotels, resorts, or high‑end hospitality projects.
• Experience with major GCC/international contractors and large‑scale projects.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• GCC/Saudi Arabia experience preferred; experience with internationally branded luxury hotels is an advantage.
