Senior Construction Manager - Theming (Fitout)

About the role

The Senior Construction Manager – Theming (Fitout) leads all construction activities for themed fit‑out projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate the construction team, subcontractors, and resources while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all construction activities for themed fit‑out projects.
• Manage cost controls, collect and analyse cost data, and advise on cost‑efficient actions.
• Establish and maintain line‑item costs for preliminaries and consumables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive value engineering, track changes, and reconcile variations.
• Ensure proper allocation of assets, maintain project insurance, and mitigate risks and hazards.
• Participate in tendering processes, identify discrepancies, and report findings.
• Handle human‑resource processes including mobilization and demobilisation of staff.
• Implement and monitor safety policies, support HSE initiatives, and contribute to incident reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years overall construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the GCC region (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; professional degree in a related field is mandatory.
