About the role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong knowledge of HSE standards and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and contractors.

Key responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure HSE compliance.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near‑misses and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE training.
Monitor contractors and subcontractors’ compliance with HSE requirements.
Ensure proper use and availability of PPE and safety equipment.
Prepare HSE inspection reports and track corrective actions.
Provide HSE guidance and support to site teams and contractors.
Assist the HSE Manager in implementing and maintaining HSE policies and programs.
Participate in HSE and project meetings.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH certification preferred.
Minimum 8 years of HSE experience.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
