Senior Contracting Representative

About the role

The Senior Contracting Representative will lead the procurement of services, ensuring contracts are prepared, concluded, and managed in line with Petrorabigh policies. This position supports the end‑user by delivering accurate cost estimations and maintaining high standards of contract performance across the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, conclude, and maintain contractual procurement of services.
• Manage RFQs, service purchase orders, bid evaluations, and release orders.
• Perform contractor cost estimations as required by end users.
• Monitor contract and service buying activities against budget, schedule, and KPIs, providing corrective actions when needed.
• Assess contractor quality and efficiency, ensuring performance meets contractual levels.
• Identify and communicate saving opportunities to Contract Advisors and customers.
• Coordinate technical and commercial evaluations as required.
• Uphold high business standards and ethics throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or Law.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum 9 years of contracting experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
