Senior Costing Analyst (Jeddah)

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food producers as a Senior Costing Analyst in Jeddah. You will be responsible for analysing production costs, supporting decision‑making and ensuring the factory meets its operational KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Report and analyse production costs, explain deviations from budget and month‑on‑month trends to optimise yield, productivity and efficiency.
• Define cost allocation criteria and conduct routine cost‑planning activities for the factories.
• Analyse changes in recipes, raw and packaging materials, and production methods to assess cost impact.
• Simulate new SKUs and production plans, evaluating costs for rework, material write‑offs, production stoppages, R&D trials, make‑or‑buy decisions and quality losses.
• Monitor category profitability, highlighting risks and opportunities to maximise margins.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for future performance, new business evaluation and ad‑hoc scenario analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, statutory reporting and transfer‑price analysis.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver financial insights and recommendations.
• Support BRF’s sustainability policy and ESG commitments through relevant financial activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial plant cost accounting, production data entry or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost evaluation and IFRS basics.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP modules.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication abilities.
