Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Applied AI

About the role

This senior full‑stack position focuses on building AI‑powered product features at scale. You will work across a modern web stack to deliver end‑to‑end AI experiences, from backend services and data pipelines to frontend interfaces that surface intelligent functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack AI features using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Build and maintain AI infrastructure, including LLM inference workflows and retrieval‑augmented generation systems.
• Design and run experiments such as A/B tests and AI evaluation frameworks to measure impact.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI‑driven components in production.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to define feature direction.
• Continuously improve engineering processes and tooling for rapid AI iteration.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑stack engineering experience on high‑traffic production applications.
• Proven experience building and shipping AI‑powered features in production environments.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings with rapid experimentation cycles.
• Strong understanding of both backend and frontend systems.
