Senior Instructor

About the role

The Senior Instructor will play a pivotal leadership role across the Red Sea destination, supporting Akun Adventure management in delivering safe, high‑quality adventure experiences. This position ensures the growth and diversification of inland adventure trails while maintaining world‑class standards for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and expansion of Akun Adventure activities and inland adventure destinations.
• Lead daily operations, training, and delivery of all adventure activities, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Assist leadership in maintaining full compliance with SOPs and RAMS, contributing to their continuous improvement.
• Mentor and manage a team of instructors, fostering a strong safety culture and premium guest service mindset.
• Oversee cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of inland venues and adventure equipment.
• Promote adventure activities across the broader RSSE portfolio, including Galaxea and WAMA, to ensure a unified guest experience.
• Participate in regular operational and performance reviews with senior adventure leadership.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in adventure or outdoor activity instruction.
• Strong commitment to safety standards and guest experience excellence.
• Ability to train, mentor, and support a team of instructors and guides.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams, external stakeholders, and local communities.
• Flexibility to work onsite at various inland adventure locations.
