Senior IT Sales Manager – GCC Region

About the role

Advantal Technologies is looking for a dynamic Senior IT Sales Manager to spearhead business expansion across the GCC region. The role focuses on driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and tailoring sales strategies to the cultural and commercial nuances of the Gulf markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through traditional and digital channels, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders throughout the GCC, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate and close high‑value deals with executive‑level contacts, aligning agreements with company objectives.
• Design and execute region‑specific sales strategies based on market intelligence and client needs.
• Prepare and manage the GCC sales budget while ensuring compliance with local regulations and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of IT sales experience, preferably with a focus on GCC markets, especially Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Preference for candidates based in Riyadh to address regional cultural nuances.
