Senior Lifting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Lifting Manager to lead the logistics strategy for a large mixed‑use development programme in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee the end‑to‑end supply chain for modular units, prefabricated structures and construction pods, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and in line with project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a programme‑wide logistics plan covering manufacture, transport, storage and installation of large‑scale modular components.
• Manage the full logistics lifecycle from off‑site fabrication to on‑site assembly, aligning with construction sequencing.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to manage scope changes and drive successful outcomes.
• Oversee movement of oversized, heavy and abnormal loads, including route studies, transport permits, marine transport and escort requirements.
• Handle RFIs, Early Warning Notices and other project controls to mitigate risk.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and statutory regulations.
• Supervise logistics, plant and equipment management, asset control and waste management to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Relevant degree qualification.
• Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
• Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and experience on high‑value projects for a project‑management consultancy.
