Senior LLM Engineer

About the role

Masterworks is seeking a Senior LLM Engineer to design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end large language model (LLM) solutions. The role focuses on building robust AI/ML pipelines, integrating generative AI tools, and delivering production‑ready models for Arabic‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and LLM/GenAI frameworks.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines; containerize LLM models for cloud or on‑premise deployment.
• Conduct testing, deployment, and lifecycle maintenance to ensure optimal model performance.
• Research, design, and train innovative LLM applications to solve complex real‑world problems.
• Build prototypes and proofs‑of‑concept to demonstrate feasibility and value.
• Design and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for specific use cases.
• Develop and optimize LLM embeddings and custom training pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance to clients adopting LLM technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with Responsible AI standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (final‑year students may be considered).
• 3+ years of hands‑on AI/ML and software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience with shell scripting and NLP; at least 1 year with LLM/GenAI technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
