Senior Manager - Connectivity Development

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking a senior leader to govern and guide technology infrastructure, connectivity ecosystems, and operational readiness across its visionary destinations. The role ensures alignment with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and long‑term technology objectives while promoting scalable, sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide governance, oversight and advisory support for technology infrastructure and connectivity initiatives.
• Lead connectivity operations, service readiness and hospitality technology integration across multiple destinations.
• Manage relationships with service providers, telecom operators and ecosystem partners, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, continuous improvement programs, and cross‑destination technology standardisation.
• Prepare and manage the department’s annual budget, KPIs, policies and staffing to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer Engineering or IT; MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in telecommunications, connectivity, digital infrastructure or large‑scale development projects.
• Proven track record working with telecom operators, infrastructure providers, system integrators or in giga‑project environments.
• Strong background in governance, strategic planning, program or operations management within multi‑stakeholder organisations.
