Senior Manager – Consulting, Portfolio & Program Management

About the role

As a Senior Manager in the People and Organisation practice at PwC’s Academy Middle East, you will lead consulting engagements that help clients across the UAE and the broader Middle East transform their HR function and organisational design. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions from strategy through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Add value to clients by addressing complex people‑related issues and delivering a sound HR strategy.
• Identify business opportunities for the People and Organisation practice and collaborate with industry and business‑unit teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end people‑related engagements, evaluate current state, identify opportunities, and build holistic transformation business cases.
• Serve as the go‑to expert for Change Management.
• Lead cross‑functional internal and client teams to develop and deliver strategic people and organisational change, focusing on Talent Management, Organisation Design and HR transformation.
• Stay current on human‑capital trends and advise clients on their impact.
• Write and present winning proposals on people‑related topics for clients in the UAE and the wider Middle East.
• Contribute to new service propositions in Talent Management, Organisation Design and HR Transformation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Middle Eastern offices and international teams on engagements and internal initiatives.
• Mentor and train team members to foster a high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Strong achievement orientation with flexibility and adaptability.
• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Experience delivering HR strategy, talent management, organisation design or HR transformation engagements.
