Senior Market Manager

About the role

Airbnb is looking for a Senior Market Manager to lead the growth and retention of host entrepreneurs across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh with a hybrid work model, you will act as the local market expert, driving supply acquisition, optimizing host performance, and strengthening Airbnb’s presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage professional host accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Design and execute scalable strategies for both large‑scale hosts and a long‑tail of professional hosts.
• Develop and own the supply strategy for the assigned market, identifying new sources of high‑quality inventory.
• Analyze data to generate actionable, data‑driven recommendations that increase sales and market share.
• Prospect, onboard, and nurture relationships with new high‑quality hosts and strategic partners.
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings with professional hosts and partners.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of experience in sales, market management, or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B or marketplace environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, especially with high‑value partners.
