Senior Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day performance of multiple CORE Coffee & Roastery outlets in Riyadh. The role will drive sales, profitability and service standards while ensuring consistent coffee quality across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all CORE Coffee & Roastery branches, ensuring adherence to SOPs and operational standards.
• Monitor and improve branch KPIs such as sales, average transaction value, labor and food costs, wastage and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits, operational audits and performance reviews, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and operational teams, handling manpower planning, scheduling and staff deployment.
• Maintain coffee and product quality by enforcing recipes, brewing standards and coordinating with the Roastery, Supply Chain and Product Development teams.
• Control costs and manage inventory, reducing waste, stock variances and unnecessary expenses.
• Enhance the customer experience by monitoring feedback, handling complaints and launching improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, safety and municipal regulations, completing inspections and corrective actions promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of multi‑unit F&B operations experience, preferably in coffee or specialty food concepts.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching Store Managers and building high‑engagement teams.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret KPI data and develop action plans.
