Senior Planning Engineer / Senior Document Controller (EOI)

About the role

Surbana Jurong is seeking experienced senior professionals for upcoming projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The positions include a Senior Planning Engineer responsible for schedule management and a Senior Document Controller overseeing project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare progress reports, recovery plans, and schedule updates.
• Monitor project performance, identify schedule risks, and coordinate with project teams.
• Manage project documentation, transmittals, and document registers.
• Maintain document control systems, ensure version control, and coordinate submissions between teams, clients, and consultants.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company and client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (Planning Engineer).
• 10–15 years of planning and scheduling experience on major infrastructure or building projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Document Controller).
• 5–8 years of document control experience within engineering or construction projects.
