Senior Project Controls Manager

About the role

Mace is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead PMO and project controls delivery for a transformative mixed‑use development in Abha, Saudi Arabia. You will work within an integrated, multidisciplinary team on a large‑scale project that supports the Kingdom’s Vision and aims to create a world‑class destination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead PMO and project controls across assigned commissions, providing expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk and change management.
• Build strong client relationships, drive performance reporting and align delivery with Mace’s control centre.
• Mentor teams, promote sustainability and contribute to net‑zero carbon transition goals.
• Identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent with progress toward chartership in a recognised professional body.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in planning, scheduling, phasing, controlling and reporting on large‑scale, complex infrastructure and building projects.
• Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and relevant experience on high‑value consultancy projects.
