Senior Project Manager (MCF/Data Centres) – Riyadh

About the role

Join one of the world’s leading data centre design and engineering teams as a Senior Project Manager in Riyadh. You will lead complex, mission‑critical data centre projects from feasibility through delivery, acting as the main point of contact for clients and steering multidisciplinary teams to success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex data centre projects across the full life‑cycle, from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and engineering teams to deliver integrated, high‑quality outcomes.
• Oversee project controls, including planning, cost control, risk management, contract administration, reporting and change control.
• Serve as the primary interface for clients, partners, authorities and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and contribute to commercial proposals, tenders, fee estimates and execution strategies.
• Support contract negotiations, ensuring clear scope, deliverables, risks and responsibilities.
• Identify project risks and opportunities, proactively steering projects to maximise value for both client and Haskoning.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years (180 months) of experience managing large‑scale data centre or mission‑critical facilities projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships at senior level.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in proposals, fee estimation and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
