Senior Project Manager – Saudi Arabia/Al‑Khobar

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead customer projects in Al‑Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end automation and digitalisation solutions across the full project lifecycle, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from handover to final acceptance, owning cost, schedule, quality, EHS and satisfaction.
• Steer project planning, execution, monitoring and control in line with PM@Siemens standards.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities, changes and claims, including commercial impact mitigation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams, engineering centres, partners and subcontractors.
• Support proposal, contract clarification and customer discussions with execution know‑how.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in solution or automation project execution.
• Several years as a fully accountable Project Manager for medium to large, cross‑organizational projects.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders without direct line‑management authority.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding of project cost control, cash flow and invoicing.
