Senior Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead technology projects and delivery initiatives, ensuring they are planned, coordinated, and executed in line with business objectives and enterprise standards. This role bridges cross‑functional teams, manages risks, and supports governance to achieve successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps for assigned technology initiatives.
• Manage execution to meet scope, schedule, and quality standards, applying corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate activities across business, development, DevOps, QA, operations, and external vendors.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and ensure timely communication of updates and dependencies.
• Support project governance through regular monitoring, reporting, and preparation of status dashboards and executive updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Oversee release planning, deployment, and production readiness, ensuring operational readiness before go‑live.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and operations teams to support continuous delivery and operational excellence.
• Maintain effective communication with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote Agile methodologies and continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end technology projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
• Experience with release and operational readiness activities.
• Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Commitment to Agile practices and continuous improvement.
