About the role
The Senior Property Manager oversees the management of all property types, both inside and outside compound premises, ensuring tenant issues are resolved efficiently. The role supports both on‑site and off‑site property managers to boost productivity and service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Handle emergency situations across the managed properties.
- Coordinate operations between onsite and offsite managers.
- Train and develop new and existing staff.
- Apply disciplinary actions when required.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations.
- Support budget planning and preparation.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related field.
- 5‑7 years of experience in property management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
